We will not share this information with anyone apart from the freeholder of your building, contractors and service providers who may need access to your property and statutory bodies dealing with prevention of crime.

We do not use this information for marketing any services to you and we do not supply this information to anyone else for such a purpose.

We will keep this information for a period of up to 7 years from the date of  expiry  of any agreement with us.

You have the right to request a copy of the information we have about you in writing and we will normally supply it within  7 working days. We may make a small administrative charge for this and if so, we will inform you in advance.

If you are a tenant who rents a property through us

We need this information in order that we and your  prospective landlord may make a decision about whether to let a property to you and to stay in contact with you thereafter and for purposes of the Anti Money Laundering Regulations and Right to Rent checks.

We will not share this information with anyone apart from your prospective landlord, credit reference agencies, utility companies, freeholder of the building in which your flat is located, contractors who may require access to your property, statutory bodies dealing with fraud prevention or crime  and our  accountants if  relevant  to a control by the Property Mark of which we are members .

We do not use this information for marketing any services to you and we do not supply this information to anyone else for such a purpose.

We may keep this information for a period of up to 7 years from the date the tenancy agreement expired.

You have the right to request a copy of the information we have about you in writing and we will normally supply it within  7 working days . We may, if appropriate  make a small  administrative charge for this and tell you what it will be on receipt of your request.

We will not share this information with anyone apart from freeholder of the building in which your flat is located, contractors who may require access to your property, statutory bodies dealing with fraud prevention or crime.  

We do not use this information for marketing any services to you and we do not supply this information to anyone else for such a purpose.

We may keep this information for a period of up to 7 years from the date the maintenance has been completed.

You have the right to request a copy of the information we have about you in writing and we will normally supply it within  7 working days . We may, if appropriate  make a small administrative charge for this and tell you what it will be on receipt of your request.

If  you think the personal information  we hold  about you is incorrect then you should ask us to correct it  by emailing us on [email protected]
