When we show you any accommodation we make sure we know both, the landlord and the property. We never take on property in bad condition and all landlords letting through us have to meet our own standards of appointment, style and cleanliness in addition to all statuary obligations. Since we have years of experience in letting our own flats we know what any demanding tenant requires and expects. You are entitled to nothing less.

Experience has taught us, that good and prompt maintenance is one of the keys to a happy stay. There is nothing worse than a landlord who does not properly maintain and repair the property you have rented. At Astberrys we are careful to ensure that our landlords properly understand their obligations to you and that they are prepared to meet them. We encourage them to let their properties managed by us and we will not normally accept instructions from overseas landlords unless we manage their properties. We ensure that before you move into a property marketed by us there is in place a system for the speedy and effective resolution of all maintenance issues.

We want to keep you with us when the time comes for you to move on from your first Astberrys’ property. We will always write to you well before the end of your current rental agreement in order to ascertain your requirements whatever they will be - renewal, move to a different property, move to a different area or purchase. We can help with all of these.
